Using Ephedra To Help You Dance All Night

When the music starts, your body seemingly takes a life of its own and dance with the beat. When this happens, let it be. Don’t worry about looking stupid because this is a normal reaction for most people. Besides, dancing can do more good to your body than harm especially if you treat it as an exercise routine and make a daily habit out of it.

There are many benefits to dancing. It keeps the bones strong and prevents osteoporosis and arthritis. This is especially significant for women after menopause when estrogen levels drop stopping calcium from being absorbed into the bones.
Dancing also improves flexibility and regular stretching increases muscle strength.

One major advantage of dancing is it burns a lot of calories that’s why many weight loss programs include dancing classes. If you are on the heavier side and need to lose more weight, you’re probably taking dietary supplements as well.

Diet pills work by doing several things: boost metabolism so you burn calories faster, suppress appetite to lessen food consumption, prevent absorption of fat by using ingredients that restrict the enzyme lipase in the intestines, and increase energy level thereby making you more physically active to perform activities like exercise.

Another ingredient commonly found in diet pills that has been known to be very effective is ephedra. Ephedra is a shrub-like plant called Ephedra sinica or Ma Huang in Chinese. For 5,000 years it was traditionally used to treat asthma, hay fever and the common cold. The active ingredients in ephedra are the alkaloids ephedrine and pseudoephedrine, with ephedrine comprising 40-90% of the content.

Ephedra is a stimulant and thermogenic. It stimulates the brain and increases the heart rate. This action constricts the blood vessels causing high blood pressure. It is able to treat asthma by expanding the bronchial tubes so that breathing is easier. The thermogenic property of ephedra causes a boost in metabolism so that it turns your body into a fat burning furnace.

Due to reports of dangerous side effects caused by ephedra, the United States Food and Drug Administration or FDA banned the sale of ephedra and all supplements containing ephedra in 2004. Side effects include headache, nausea, dizziness, vomiting, anxiety, nervousness, tremors, seizures, heart attacks, hyperthermia, skin reactions, insomnia, stroke and even death. That is why to this day, ephedra remains illegal in the United States.

That didn’t stop companies like Twinlab to innovate and manufacture diet pills that are still effective even in the absence of ephedra. Products like Ripped Fuel retained the thermogenic property of ephedra without the jitters and anxiety resulting from over stimulation of the nerves. You get the same fat-burning results minus the health risks.

These non-ephedra pills are a popular choice among body builders because aside from burning fat, it also increases energy level so that you don’t get easily tired during workouts. And if you have the stamina of a body builder you’ll surely be able to dance all night!
